Browse and order assets
From the Orders Asset list page, you can find assets and place orders directly. Assets that can be ordered, downloaded, or transformed display in the list, and you can carry out all actions from the list page itself.
An Orders menu item displays in the main left-hand navigation of your workspace. Select Orders to take you to the dedicated orders site.
Search, sort, and filter assets
Search your assets using exact match, partial match, search all, and fuzzy or.
By default, filter your assets using keyword, type, and period.

You can select only one asset at a time. Doing so opens the asset details panel, where you can open a larger preview and cycle through all assets in the grid.
Download an asset
If an asset has downloadable transforms and you have the required permissions, a Download button appears at the bottom of the details panel. Select Download to open a modal listing all available formats. Choose an option to download the file to your browser.
Assets and adaptations that are quarantined, expired, or without an availability date display an unavailable label on their thumbnail. Download and order actions are hidden for these assets.
Edit a template
Select a template to display an Edit template button displays in the details panel. Select Edit template to open the template editor, where you can modify the template and create a new adaptation. The new adaptation then appears in the My adaptations area.
Order an item
Where routes are available for an item, the following displays:

Order pricing, shown as Order this item from £xx, reflecting the lowest single-unit price across all rates available for the item.

Select View details to open the ordering details modal, to review available routes and rates before adding the item to your cart.

Select Add to cart, then select a route to open the add to order modal:

Order Name: pre-populated as
filename - your first name - orders, which you can amend. -
Order Delivery Address: select an address from the dropdown. Item name, thumbnail, unit, quantity, and total cost display based on the chosen route.

Select to increase or decrease the quantity. The total cost updates automatically.

Select Add and view order to go straight to the draft order summary for the new order.

Select Add and continue browsing to close the modal and return to the orders asset list page.
If a draft order already exists for the same route, the item is added to that existing order instead of creating a new one.

Review your draft orders
Draft Orders shows a count of your total draft orders. It is available from the top of both the orders asset list page and the orders list page.
| Unlike a standard assets page, you cannot add items to a basket or a share from the Orders Asset list page. To add assets to a basket or a share, use a standard assets page, as described in Download and share assets. |
Select Draft Orders to open the draft orders modal, giving you a view of all your personal draft orders. The first order is expanded by default, with any others listed below. Each order shows its ID, order name, creation date, route, owner, and domain, followed by each item’s thumbnail, quantity, name, and unit price.

Select an order name to take you to the draft order summary to manage and place the order.

Select an owner. A draft email addressed to them opens in your default email application.
