Get started as an asset librarian
This page is for asset librarians: the people who look after the asset library in Storyteq CMP, so the assets teams find are accurate, tagged, and available when they’re needed. That work covers uploading assets, keeping metadata and keywords correct, managing versions and availability, and publishing approved content into the DAM.
It brings together the guides an asset librarian needs. Asset librarians usually have the Asset Librarian role preset.
Start with a tutorial
New to Storyteq CMP? These tutorials teach the basics hands-on, in your own workspace. Work through them in order: the second tags the assets you upload in the first, and the third covers looking after assets over time.
Get assets into the DAM
Assets reach the DAM in two ways: you upload them directly, or approved adaptations are published into it after a review. Once an asset is in, tag it so people can find it.
Keep assets accurate and available
As campaigns change, these guides help you control when each asset is available, replace outdated versions, and make assets public for use in external systems.
